CORE PCB Design Files
« on: March 19, 2014, 11:00:35 PM »
Here are the CAD files for the CORE Rev H PC Board.  The .PCB file is compatible with Express PCB software/service.  This is the EXACT file used for all production CORE boards.  The Rev J .BRD file is Cadsoft Eagle but I have not had this file manufactured yet.  All designs provided as-is, use at your own risk.

The Eagle BRD files can be uploaded directly to OSH Park for an inexpensive but high quality manufacturing option.  They will charge you about $33.00 for 3 boards including shipping and the turn time is around 2 weeks.

I know it was a while ago now but thank you so much for publishing these Jim.

For anyone interested in the Rev H board, I've just uploaded it and shared on OSH Park.

Hi Jim,

What is the difference between Rev H and Rev J PCB board as well as in the Firm wire?? I cross checked the Rev J PCB brd file and found some missing connection on it. Like Pic pin number 25 not connected and pullup (+5v) resistor not connected to positive value on pic pin number 25,26 and 28.

Thanks

Hi Jim, I've just been given a board manufactured using the EAGLE .brd file and there are a few errors, any chance of getting access to the .sch file?

I went ahead and recreated the PCB files for the REV H board in eagle.  I have exported to gerber files also.  I have not tested the production version of this but I am sharing for anyone willing to try it.

gerber sch and brd file included along with exported library.
